All payment transactions on this Platform are processed securely through Razorpay, our trusted payment gateway partner. By using our payment service, you agree to the Razorpay Terms & Conditions and Razorpay Privacy Policy. We do not store your credit/debit card or bank information on our servers.
Donations or payments made through the Platform are generally non-refundable. If you believe a transaction was made in error, please email us at info@ashaaxom.org within 7 days with full transaction details. Refunds, if applicable, will be made at the sole discretion of the Platform Owner.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform or Services at any time, without prior notice, in the event of any violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
