Refund Policy

Association Of Social And Human Activist ("ASHA", "we", "our", or "us") is a nonprofit organization working to support social and humanitarian causes through voluntary public contributions. Donations made on ashaaxom.org are used to fund various charitable campaigns and projects.

1. Donations Are Non-Refundable

All donations made to ASHA via our website are final and non-refundable. As a nonprofit organization, funds are promptly allocated toward the respective campaign or cause, making it impossible to reverse the transaction once completed.

2. Exception – Duplicate or Fraudulent Transactions

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases of:

• Duplicate donation due to technical error
• Fraudulent transaction not authorized by the donor

If you believe such an error has occurred, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date with full details for review. ASHA reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (for valid exceptions only), please email us at info@ashaaxom.org with the following information:

• Full name
• Email ID and phone number
• Transaction ID and amount
• Date and reason for the refund request

If approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Payment Gateway

All online transactions are securely processed via Razorpay. We do not store any card or bank details on our servers. By donating, you also agree to Razorpay’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
